Yes, it is restrictive on calories, it uses the extra fat from your body for the additional required calories you would normally eat. It is the most effective natural way to loose weight and has been on the market for many years.

Are you taking the drops or the injections? Can I be so bold as to ask how much this cost? If you google HCG diet recipes there are several sites listed.

My sister-brother-nephew all on this diet. They have all lost 50-80# and swear by this diet. I have the drops but so far, I haven't been able to syke myself into trying it. I have been telling myself I will start tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. One day soon----I will.

It Is drops that you put under your tongue 3 times a day and you are limited to about 500 calories a day. I am really goint to try and go on it tomorrow for sure. Have been thinking about it for 6 moinths, but just don't want to give up food. I like to eat. My brothe r and sister have really done very well. They have been heavy all their lives, so for them it is a godsend and they are faithful to the diet and their Dr say they are doing great.

Yes, you can ask how much it costs. For my husband and I it was $75.00, that included the book and 2 bottles of the tablets. I didn't have the woman break down the prices, but I'm guessing the book is $25.00 and the 2 bottles are $25.00 a piece. The tablets will get you through one course which is 40 days. I've lost 11 and my husband 13 since 7/11. The first 10 pounds is always the easiest. It will slow down from here.
