I was also looking for the recipe of low sugar and with out fat because I am trying
to loss my weight. In this thread some of the recipe are good in taste with out sugar and fat.

A quick and simple (and delicious) dessert is:
Sugar-free pudding mix
No fat milk
Beat according to package directions then swirl through
No or low fat Cool Whip
This has saved me from eating something not permissible for diabetics.

Its a wonderful thread i found here. This is my first post in this forum. All ideas are wonderful for healthy food. According to me fruits and vegetables are wonderful food and best food. We can say healthy food to these food.

Look at hungrygirl.com Plenty of lo-cal dishes. Also try United states Center Organization web page - they may have some dishes. Diabetic issues Organization too.

Now days mostly people rely on unhealthy/fast/junk foods and eating habits.Thats why health issues gaining popularity day by day in every society.I don't buy processed foods at all. No luncheon meats, etc. Nothing with nitrates if possible.
