Homemade Baileys Irish Cream

(NOT INTENDED TO BE USED WHILE SEWING, HAZARDOUS TO YOU AND YOUR FABRIC)

1 cup of heavy cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 tp instant coffee (dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water)
2 Tbs chocolate syrup
1 ts vanilla extract
1 ts almond extract
1 2/3 cup of irish whiskey

Put all in the blender and blend for about 20 seconds. Add to a cup of coffee, I use about half coffee and half mixture.

Refrigerate. Shake before every use.

Its a little sweeter than store bought. And you could add or reduce on the whiskey. I like it the way it is, Yummy!

What's the difference between Irish Whiskey and any other type whiskey? (mmmm isn't bourbon whiskey??)

I like Bailey's but as you can tell, I'm not up on the correct names/types.

The main alchol ingredient isnt important!...LOL I think it would be good with rum, and gin, vodka, just about anything that makes those wonky miscut blocks look good!
