annaqults thanks for that link, now thats what I am talking about! healthy foods! I am going to try these recipes. I will ask this will these be good for my chiawauwah? (mispelled) smal dog.... under 5 pounds, 8 month old.

well ladies, you came through again!! I at lunch tie today I made meatloaf, with regular ingredients, cooked it, and was some for me , and fixed some for my pup, I also added the green beans that one of you mentioned, added some dry dog food. WOW! that little bugger ate it!! thanks so much for that!

Milk Bone Dog Biscuits
Dog Food Recipe Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup hot water
• 1/3 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup powdered milk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg, beaten
• 3 cups whole wheat flour
Dog Food Recipe Directions:
In large bowl pour hot water over the margarine. Stir in powdered m
Add flour, 1/2 cup at a time. Knead for a few minutes to form stiff dough. Pat
or roll to1/2 inch thickness. Cut into bone shapes. Bake at 325 degrees for 50
minutes. Cool. They will dry out quite hard. Makes about 1 1/4 pounds of
biscuits. Costs around 30 cents per pound.
