10 cups Coffee, equal amounts of water and coffee grinds*
    1 can Sweetened condensed milk
    1 can evaporated milk
    dash cinnamon
    dash nutmeg

Mix all together while hot and chill. Otherwise the condensed milk will not mix well.
I usually make this a day in advance.

*10 cups of water 10 scoops of coffee needs to be strong

I have chocolate mint growing in my herb garden I add leaves from it in with the grinds and brew.

Another idea I read in a cooking mag is freeze leftover coffee from your pot in an ice cube tray and use when making ice coffee this way your ice cofee doesn't get water down with regular ice.
