2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Bake at 350 till done.

Here is the best and easiest Banana Bread recipe I have ever used and the family loves it.
1 box either yellow or white cake mix, not the jiffy size
1/3 c oil 1 box instant pudding (small)
1 cup water
4 or 5 mashed bananas
1 cups nuts
4 eggs Mix together with mixer and pour into sprayed pans.
Oven @350 Bake 60 min or till done when checked with a toothpick
Loaf pans 8x3x2 makes 4.

Zucchini Bread oven 350 degrees Time 60 min.
5 little loaf pans sprayed
3 eggs 1 cup oil 2 cups sugar 2 tso, vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 8oz can pineapple, crushed, drained
3 cups flour 2 tsp salt 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soad 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
Beat together first 4 ingred till thick. Mix all other ingredients in and mix well. Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake as directed.
We have lots of zucchini and I use this one for all our bread. Enjoy June

I found this recipe some years back and really like it: www.food.com/recipe/every-which-way-quick-bread-28409 I've done it with nearly everything I can think of including bananas and it's always a hit. I even tried diced peaches once with a little nutmeg and everyone loved it.

1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 tsalt
2 cups sugar 11/2 t soda
2 eggs 1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups mashed bananas 1///2 cup chopped nuts
3 cups flour
cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat until smooth. add bananas. combine flour & salt. dissolve soda in buttermilk/ add dry mixture to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. pour into 9 or 10 inch tube pan/ I use two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Less for two loaf pans. I sometimes add cocoa to mixture to make chocolate banana bread.

I tried the zucchini-blueberry bread recipe last night, and it's marvelous! I added another egg, mainly because we have dozens to get rid of. Thanks, you darling girl, for sharing this recipe!

Amish Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
2 sticks of butter; melted
1 cup sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teas. Baking soda
1 teas baking powder
1 small Jello instant vanilla pudding mix
Pinch of salt 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9" X 5" loaf pans. Mix the eggs, bananas and butter, and then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Bake for 45 minutes.
