    Thanks to everyone my jam turned out pretty good it did finally thicken and again thank you now I am working on peach jam

    You lucky girl, no rhubarb available in this area. Everyone that has tried to grow it talks about how it will not grow. We can't even buy it - frozen or fresh. Lucky you.
