I use kale in my fruit and veggie drinks I make with my Nutri Bullet every morning. My DH doesn't like greens in his drinks and I can't use a bunch of kale before it spoils. So I steam it and then freeze it in one cup containers. I buy a big bag of chopped kale and it lasts me quite a long time. I also like a small bit of fresh kale in my daily salads. I am going to try this recipe. Thanks for posting it.

Go to www.365daysofkale.com for more interesting recipes with kale (and certainly more interesting than kale chips!)

Polk Sallet tastes fantastic, it grows wild everywhere around here. I have never seen it for sale probably because it has to be picked and cooked (boiled three times) just right or could make you very sick. Never eat it raw in a salad. It's full of vitamins. Back when, it was one of the first greens to grow before the gardens produced. Everyone knew it would replenish your body with the vitamins not often available in winter foods. Here is a video how to harvest and cook it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_UYb3txLoh0
