Default Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

I got a recipe last Xmas for Lemon popy seed bread but I misplaced it. It was very moist and awesome. Was looling for it so I could make it to take along to a Quilt retreat I am attending in November and I cannot find it. Anyone have a recipe for Lemon Poppy Seed Bread?

A neighbor from New York shared this with me many years ago and my family enjoys it. If you try it, hope you like it.

Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients:

3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 T poppy seeds
1 1/2 vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 almond flavoring
1 1/2 t salt
1 1/2 cups oil
1 1/2 t butter flavoring
1 1/2 t baking power


Directions:

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients till well blended.
Spray "Pam" in 3 aluminum pans.
Pour batter into pans.Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min to 1 hour.
Cool pan for 5 min.

Enjoy!

Thank You. Is the vanilla and almond falvorings 1 1/2 Tbsp or teaspoon?

oops, sorry. Both vanilla and almond flavorings are 1 1/2 teaspoon.

I use my small ( not mini) loaf pans. 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8

I use
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 package of INSTANT coconut Cream pudding mix
1/2 cup veg. oil
4 eggs
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup poppy seeds
Mix all ingrediants & Beat the heck out of it
Bake at 350 degrees 45-55 minutes
makes 2-loaf pans
if you want lemon flavor add 1-teas. to the mixture
EASY,& TASTE GREAT
