Lemonade Pie

6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (that's half a can)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz container non-dairy whipped topping

Mix all ingredients, pour into graham cracker crust. Freeze overnight.

That sounds good and couldn't be easier. Bet it's real nice on a hot summer day. Will save the recipe until then.

I make this all the time in the summer. So simple and wonderful. Definitely a nice treat.

Thanks for posting this recipe., I have decided to make a QB cook book from quilters here. Looks like quilters here are great cooks as well.

Minute Maid (amond others) makes frozen lemonade concentrate. You can buy it in the freezer section where the concentrated juices (orange, pineapple, etc.) are at the grocery store. Edie

Just remember to use only 6 oz. I usually can't find the small frozen cans. Otherwise it will be runny. It is good with Lime as well.
