I seed them and chop some up fine and put them in my chicken enchaladas...a little goes a long way with us.
Thanks so much!
I slit them top to bottom, Take out the seeds, stuff them with mozzarella cheese , and roll them in a won ton skin or egg roll wrapper. and brown them in a deep fat fryer or a skillet.. wonderful

I split them and remove seeds and veins. Soften cream cheese and add chopped pecans and use this mixture to stuff the peppers, slice the peppers in 1 inch increments and then enjoy.
Decadent, ladies, decadent! I will try them.
I remove the seeds and veins and use them in taco meat, salsa, with fish.
when I was a child my Mother made a sandwich spread to use on boloney sandwiches ,,, it was mixed with yellow mustard and some spices. oh, my, it sure brings back good memories. Maybe my oldest sister has the recipe. we'll see. jacie
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/bobs-st...anana-peppers/ very good, I don't parboil the peppers since I bake a day ahead and reheat. And sometimes I just use jarred sauce for the casserole, too. I find that we always need an extra jar of marinara with this one as I serve with penne pasta and bread.
auguilter-these are the best. I just stuffed and froze about 2 dozen yesterday....
