    1 pkg Italian Dressing
    1 pkg Ranch
    1 pkg Brown Gravy Mix

Mix together with 1 - 2 cups of hot water and pour over roast. I also add sliced onions & some chopped garlic. Simmer on low covered in the oven or in the crock pot. The sauce makes a wonderful rich gravy for mashed potatoes or rice. We just had this for dinner tonight. I have made it with pork beef and chicken. Excellent on all. IF the gravy is not as thick as you would like..just add a bit of corn starch and it thickens right up.

My favorite way is to roll it in a mixture of salt, pepper and sweet paprika, roast it, and the last 15 minutes, spread a mix of shredded gouda cheese a little water and cornstarch and brown that on top. Some will drip down and it makes the best flavored pork roast and gravy!

What peice of pork did you get to roast? a butt a loin

    Pork roast or loin
    one packet dry onion soup
    Jalapenos to taste.
Cook all day in crock pot.

Great on a plate , shreadded for sandwiches ,and wonderful on flour tortillas with cheese and sour cream.

#2 ( This is good with beef or deer roast too.

    Roast
    1 packet dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
put dry soup on meat cover with mushroom soup.
    DO NOT ADD LIQUIDS!
Cook in crockpot, makes it's own gravy, If you want lots of gravy for potatoes or rice just double the soup. I make two meals from this. One meal with potatoes or rice and the second one shreaded on buns for sandwiches.
