3 cupsof flour (you can use all white, all whole wheat, or mix the two)
    1/3 cup of sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda (make sure you don’t get the two mixed up!)
    1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup of butter (that’s 1 1/2 sticks) at room temperature
Whatever you want to put in them (chocolate chips, white chocolate chips andcraisins, cinnamon chips… be creative!)
1 cup of Buttermilk (you can use already made buttermilk or you can make your ownbuttermilk!)
Cream to brush on top of the scones before you bake them

    Here’s how to make them:
1.Preheat your over to 400 degrees.
    2. Putthe flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl and mixwell. Add the butter.
You gotta love pinterest...I know I do.

I use fava/garbanzo bean flour and Splenda to make my scones.
