1 large cooked chicken, boned
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick Oleo
2 medium jalepenos
1 large onion
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 pk tortillas - soft
1 large can evaporated milk

Saute chopped onions and pepper in oleo. Add soup and milk. Stir nad simmer for a few minutes. Put in large baking dish...add chicken, cut or tear tortillas into pieces and push down into mixture. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake 15-30 minutes at 350 degress.

Look at my last recipe I am doing now Sausage Bread. It's awesome. Thanks.
