    Moddified Atkins Diet

    Does anyone have a recipe for a Chocolate Cake (Modified Atkins Diet) for an 8 year old birthday cake?

    Have you tried George Stella's new cook book? His recipes are low carb and gluten free. He has a recipe for a chocolate mocha cake. I haven't tried it (absolutely hate coffee) but it is getting good reviews.

    The best low carb/sugar cake I know if is SF angelfood, add lite whipped cream and fresh berries.....
