More mug recipes

Because it has been so hot in parts of the country, this is a simple way to make a quick breakfast without cooking on the stove. I hope you enjoy.

OH MY, those recipes will work for me as a widow and for family in need of a decent meal. Love the fact she gives WW info along with the standard numbers.

I followed the link for a poptart in a mug, at the bottom it said "Submit your own photos of this recipe" and there was this one picture.
