Your welcome! I don't measure but it was a little over 1/2 tsp. as you just need a slight taste of the vanilla! Enjoy your trip and dessert!

I just discovered homemade marshmallows last year.
I made them for a Holiday brunch and everyone raved. I made them with peppermint extract and added a little red food dye after I put in the pan and swirled it with a knife.
So glad to learn I can freeze these. I will definitely make some for the holidays.
