Cold weather staple around here-
ours is similar:

1 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
taco seasoning

add:
1 lg can stewed tomatoes or tomato chunks-whatever is in the pantry
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 can or more red kidney beans with juice
1 can corn with the juice

Heatand Serve with grated cheese, corn chips, sour cream on top
I will sometimes leave the onion for top since DD hates onions. That way she can leave them off.

I am in need of a saltine cracker recipe using oil, garlic, onion powder. Put the crackers in a container with the other ingredients turning over until oil is absorbed. I do not know how much ingredients to use. Also good withthe little soup crackers. One time I had them using red pepper flakes, I did nto like as hot hurts my throat but everyone else did.
