Made stuffed pepper soup yesterday & followed the recipe.But, nope it didn't taste anything at all like stuffed peppers.
We were having lunch when DH's friend stopped by & asked what we were eating, DH said "hamburger soup" It's good LOL.....

I jsut took a quick look and by that recipe it doesnt have near enough green pepper in it.

I have never tried the soup...but we all love the actual stuffed peppers..so yummy..think I will make them tomorrow. My worse task is..how does one cook just for two, after cooking for 3 very big hungry boys also??? We always seem to eat the stuff until we are sick of it. lolol

I ues 2 small green peppers & 1/2 a red pepper. Wasn't bad soup, but just not like stuffed peppers.That's ok, I have plenty of good soup recipes.
