Made them, they are quick, easy and delicous. And yes flat! My husband wants me to make up a batch for him to take to work. Will use cupcake liners next time - some wanted to "stick" and it would make clean up easier.

I just printed the recipe off as I have everything eaven the pecans I bought some after Christmas at WalMart for
$2.50 a big bag. :-)
