Default Perfect 1" Squares

No, not for a postage stamp quilt, but for fudge! Here's a simple holiday tip: Turn your block of fudge out onto a cutting board. Use a ruler and a pizza wheel cutter to cut perfect 1" squares - I just finished cutting 5# of fudge--kinda like cutting fabric, but the leftovers taste better! LOL

Fudge at Christmas time. I will make it closer to the holiday, otherwise I would eat it.

I LOVE fudge!..especially if it's made with cocoa powder. I'm thinking more like 2" squares, maybe 3"! Your cutting method would work with those sizes as well. Think I'll go make some fudge. Thanks for the good idea.

I make fudge every year at Christmas time. May have to try this method for cutting as mine are sometimes slightly wobbly looking. Can't cut straight without a ruler.
