I found the cinnamon rolls, apple brown betty, pumpkin butter. I don't know if the recipes are exactly like hers (I won't know till I try them) but, since I'm not a cook, I wasn't sure what the Apple Brown Betty was called till I saw the picture and read the ingredients. They sure sound like what she made. I hope there are more.

Great site! The Crash Potatoes are wonderful! We know them as smashed potatoes and after boiling them and smashing them we put them on the grill to finish the process. AWESOME!
Several others on there sound good too, haven't had time to look at them all.
