I don't remember the recipe that my grandmother made but I do know that it had corn syrup. I think I'll take this recipe and make it with my grandson this week when we have our sleep over. thanks.

I made some last Friday when we returned from the orchard. My recipe came from my original Betty Crocker cookbook. I used to make them every year when my girls were young. This one requires a thermometer because you need to cook the syrup, I guess that's why people prefer sweetened condensed milk.

I make popcorn balls for Halloween. I only give them to the children I know, and the reason is because the parents know me and they also get one. My receipe does not have the brn sugar or milk in it.

Can you share your recipe? I would love to make some and would like the option of trying different recipes to see which one I like the best.

Has anyone heard of making popcorn balls with Jello? When I was a child our neighbor made them with Jello and they were the best. Too bad she didn't share the receipe.
