You might get a reply if you post this in general chit-chat instead. I think the main forum is for quilt-related discussions. Just a suggestion.

you might search in recipes, or post in the recipe section.

Here's the one I have. It is so good! It doesn't have broccoli

Panera's Cream Cheese Potato Soup

4 cups chicken broth
4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup onion, minced
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
8 oz package cream cheese, cut into chunks

Combine broth, potatoes, onion and spices.
Boil on medium heat until potatoes are tender
Smash a few of the potatoes to release their starch for thickening
Reduce heat to low
Add cream cheese
Heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts

Serves 4-6

Cook potatos in water with salt, mustard and pepper until tender. Do NOT drain. Mash potatos Leave lumps. Cook bacon an onions until browned and onions are tender. Stir into potato mixture Add milk and cheese. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese melts and soup is heated through. Make about 8-1 cup servings

Hi,
Here is a Copycat recipe for Pabera's broccoli cheese soup
http://www.recipesecrets.net/blog/re...i-cheese-soup/

I've made it several times and everybody loves it.

Here is another site that I look for recipes at. Search for any recipe then read the reviews to see what other people have said about it.
