Doesn't the jello have to be activated by using hot water or wet heat some way?
I so rarely use packaged goods I can't remember if the jello will set or not without being in hot water. |

I tried this last nite just added jello dry and it did not set up even overnite so I am tring to save it by adding more jello mixed with a little of boiling water hope it sets up. Looked at a recipe for this at cooks.com and it said to mix the jello with boiling water and add the strawberries frozen to the jello.
