Angel food/White Cake Mix

I am unable to eat wheat flour nor do I have a microwave, but thought this recipe to be interesting. Here is how it came to me:

HERE IS WHAT YOU DO----------- BUY AN ANGEL FOOD CAKE MIX ----ONE THAT REQUIRES ONLY WATER ADDED.
BUY A WHITE CAKE MIX ANY KIND-----.

POUR THE DRY MIX OF BOTH IN A ZIPPER LOCK PLASTIC BAG ---- SHAKE IT UP GOOD --- TO GET THEM MIXED TOGETHER-----THEN PUT THAT IN THE CUPBOARD UNTIL YOU NEED A DESERT.

WHEN YOU NEED A DESERT --- IN A SMALL MICROWAVE SAFE GLASS DISH --- PUT 3 TABLESPOONS OF DRY MIX AND 2 TABLESPOONS OF WATER -----STIR TOGETHER WITH FORK.

PUT IN MICROWAVE FOR 1 MINUTE. DONE -

YOU CAN EAT IT ALONE - I THINK IT IS DELICIOUS

BUT I AM GOING TO SOME TIMES TRY IT WITH STRAWBERRIES ON IT OR MAYBE A PUDDING MIX FROM AN INSTANT PUDDING MIX AND I AM SURE YOU ALL COULD FIND SOME GOOD THINGS TO HAVE ON TOP OF IT IF Y0U DESIRED.

IF YOU WANT MORE AT A TIME YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO ADJUST THE MICROWAVE TIME.

THAT BAG WILL LAST A LONG TIME AND Y0U WILL ALWAYS HAVE A QUICK DESERT IN 1 MINUTE FOR ANY DROP INS OR JUST YOURSELF.

If you make this, please post your liking or not. Thanks

It is the 3-2-1 Cake and you can use different cake mixes as long as one is the Angel Food.
Right now I have the Cinnamon Swirl Cake that I am mixing with the Angel Food and it is good.
I have put Strawberries on top put peaches on the bottom with a little brown sugar and mix on top add about 15 sec to time comes out great.

I am now using Angel Food in one bag and Chocolate in another and Cinnamon Swirl in another and just use 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon each of Angel Food and other of my choice to equal 3 tablespoons add water and mix well. That way I can have a variety.

P.S. I top my Cinnamon with a little dusting of Cinnamon & Sugar when it first comes out of the Microwave.

I may be wrong, but I do believe this is a recipe that circulates around Weight Watcher's....at least, that's where I got mine. It does work wonders for the individual's desire for a quick dessert. One can combine the Angel Food Cake with any other flavored boxed cake. Right now I have a bag full of the Angel Food Cake and a Poppyseed Cake. I've used chocolate in the past, too. Of course, you can top with anything that tickles your taste buds.....I usually spritz mine with the aerosol light whipped cream.....Yum! Yum!

It is a weight watcher's recipe. You mix the angel food cake mix with a SUGAR FREE chocolate cake mix; store it in plastic container with sealed lid. Mix 3 heaping Tablespoons of mix with 2 large Tablespoons of water. I add a teas. of chopped pecans to mine. Microwave for about 90 seconds. (depends on the power of your microwave oven) Let cool, top with Fat Free Cool Whip or Sugar Free Cool Whip. I even put a maraschino cherry on top of mine!

I have used the angel food cake mix with a yellow cake mix and it makes a great little cake for strawberries and a little Cool Whip on top. I like it much better than those packaged cakes they sell in the store and it is so easy and fast to make. I am wondering, how many points are there in them if using a sugar free cake using the WW point system?

This was posted here before and I make it with different flavor cake mixes. But thanks for it again

Cookie68......if you use the Sugar Free cake mix, I believe it's 3+ points.......a winner for sure....:)

To Whom It May Concern.....DO NOT COOK FOR 90 SECONDS......MICROWAVE FOR 60 SECONDS ONLY.....Ask me how I know.....HeeHee!
