wow, that recipe with 14 eggs must make a boatload of pizzelles.......... I have a pizzelle maker and the recipe that came with it is what I use........don't have it in front of me sorry, but the recipe given earlier sounds close to mine..........love to roll them and fill like a canoli......

I also fold them in half (hot off the grill) and insert sayings in them ---like fortune cookies. For quilt guild I use quilters sayings, for showers I put bride to be and groom to be's name, etc.
