Anyone have a recipe for a Peanut Butter Square similiar to pb cups?
I have had peanut butter squares that taste similar to Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, I have looked for a recipe, I see tho that they have graham crackers in them. Is there a recipe out there without the crumbs? Thanks.

I googled some recipes & here are the links. No graham cracker crumbs in these. Hope they work for you. :)

http://www.southernplate.com/2011/04...tter-bars.html Kirsten The only thing I did different was half the recipe and put it into a parchment lined 9x9 pan. I also put a good spoonful of peanut butter into the melted chocolate. I picked up discounted easter chocolate, so it was reasonable. Thanks for all of the help in finding a recipe. Hard to pick just one, they all look scrumptious and are very close to each other. |

Peanut Butter Squares (cups)
1 1/2 cup peanut butter 4 cups powdered sugar 1 cup melted margarine 1 tsp vanilla Mix all together, press onto a cookie sheet or into muffin tins. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate chips over top. Let harden. Cut into squares. |
Can't remember where I got the recipe, but they're very good.
No Bake Cafeteria Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars • 1/2 cup butter (or margarine, whatever you have) • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark, again whatever you have) • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 2 cups peanut butter • 2- 1/2 cups confectioners sugar • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave until butter and peanut butter are melted, one to two minutes (time will vary by microwave). Remove from microwave and use a large spoon to stir all of the ingredients together until they form a ball of dough that leaves the side of the bowl. Pat into a 9×13 pan. Pour chocolate chips into another microwave safe bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted. Spoon over top of peanut butter mixture and spread evenly. Allow to cool completely at room temperature until chocolate hardens again or place in the refrigerator for faster hardening. Cut into squares and serve to some awfully happy people! |
Bye bye diet!!!!

Peanut Butter Cups
1 18 oz jar peanut butter 1 stick oleo 1 pound powdered sugar Mix peanut butter and melted oleo together with spoon. Add the powdered sugar and knead with hands until smooth. This mixture can be rolled into balls and dipped in chocolate or used for centers in molds. Made dozens of these along with other bon-bons every xmas for gifts.........Before sweets were no-no's in our house. Knowing me...I would bet that I may have added a little vanilla. |
