I am NO sugar, but can't do artificial sweeteners either.
THere are only so many things you can make without sugar, or with Agave syrup....

I love to bake for the holidays and wondered if any of you have used Stevia products for baking with GOOD results!

My friend uses it all the time. Baking and everything else. She has lost a lot of weight too. Personally, I don't like the taste of it. In fact she gave me a couple recipes for the church cookbook that uses stevia. They are very healthy but have a lot of ingredients.

ZSweet is a good brand to try. I've used it for baking and it tastes good. It dries things out a little, so I use more liquid or add an extra egg. I've used it with almond and coconut flour because I eat low carb and it tastes great. :)
