I lost my recipe for this. I know it has can salmon, cream cheese and green onions but what kind of seasonings.
It makes a very quick and easy spread.
Does any one have a recipe like this? Thanks for all the help

Thanks so much. After reading several recipes online,
I decided to mix the salmon with cream cheese, green onions,
a little lemon juice, some grated garlic, a little liquid smoke and
a dash of worcheshire sauce. Spread it on a cracker. It turned
out pretty good.

Here is one I make called Salmon Party Log

1 one lb canned salmon (2 cups)-----} (Don't forget to bone)
1 8-oz cream cheese----------------}
1 Tbsp lemon juice------------------} Mix these all
2 tsps grated onion-----------------} together.
1 tsp horseradish--------------------} Form salmon into a roll.
1/4 tsp salt -------------------------} Chill for several hours.
1/4 tsp liquid smoke----------------}

1/2 cup chopped pecans----} Mix these 2 together.
1 tsp snipped parsley--------}
Roll salmon roll in the pecans and parsley to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Have really nice crackers to go with.

Let me know how you like it. :)
