Carrot juice!!
 

Hey guys,Carrot juices are enriched with vitamin A, B, E and many minerals because carrot juice are reflection to be good.Prenatal health such as eyesight, bones and teeth, liver and nails, skin and hair as well as helping in cancer prevention so i like the carrot and carrot juice..

I use 2 carrots. 1 stalk of celery and an apple in the juicer. Ummm. I am a cancer survivor and I do believe if not for juicing I probably would have starved. It was easier to put a handful of spinach and some vegies in the machine and drink rather than cook.

Juicing is good and good for you.....
