Many years ago I worked for my aunt in her resaurant. Chicken Fried Stake was very popular back then. These were served on a oblong plate, with mashed potatoes, AND were so big there was not enough room for the veg. I often wondered how people were able to eat it all then go to work :) :) YES very very good. hahaha

I've never made this before. Looks good, I'll have to give it a try!

my grandmother made the best chicken fried steak and gravy- never could duplicate it .. DH never believed me until one day he had hers .. and he tried to duplicate it . never the same .. I think hers was made with more LOVE than ours-LOL
