I use either a Chuck or Arm roast Or 2 chicken breasts

Cook the meat (which ever you choose) overnight in 1 large can rotel (2 regular size) tomatoes.

I drain most everything from the crock pot the next morning (I can not take hardly any grease) and I tear the meat apart after it cools enough to touch. It just falls apart.

I usually save half the meat to cook another batch so I freeze half of the meat.

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can rotel tomatoes (2 regular size)

I add these canned vegetables until I fill the crock pot to the top. It is slightly different every time and you can add the veggies you like most in any way you like.

2 large cans veg-all
2 cans corn
1 can large cut green beans
1/2 can field peas (my hubby hates them and this is a compromise)
either real potatoes or canned cut them to the size you like.

I leave the juice in a couple of the cans and just add veggies till the crock post is full.

I add
pepper
season all
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Salt
Cayenne Pepper
chili powder

All of this is to taste. I sprinkle the seasonings on top until it looks right and then taste an hour later.

Several people I have given this recipe think the rotel tomatoes is all the seasoning it needs.

I usually let it cook all day.

ENJOY
