2 Pkg. Cream Cheese (Softened)

1 Bunch of Green Onions (chopped with about 1/2 of the green tops)

1 Pkg. of Budding Beef Lunchmeat (chopped in small pieces)

1-1/2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder

Mix well, roll into ball, cover with saran wrap and put in refrigerator till chilled. Take out and roll ball in finely chopped pecans.

Enjoy with any type cracker you like.....

I used ACCENT and ground up a jar of chip beef and put some in and kept a little to roll the ball in. I rinse the beef in warm water so it is not so salty some times. Will try your recipe to.

I make this cheeseball all the time. It is our favorite. My recipe calls for 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce instead of the garlic powder. Be sure you use Buddig Dried Beef and not the other brands of dried beef that is way too salty.
