Juices

Want to try blending fruit and veggies for juice. Does anyone have any that blends together to make a good flavor?

Believe it or not, you can put spinach with fruit and you really don't taste the spinach at all! I make a smoothie for breakfast that includes oats and strawberries. I can add spinach and the sweetness of the berries totally hides it. DH and I just bought a big Vita-mix blender and we've been we're using kale in those. Kale can be bitter, so we always add an apple and some carrots to cut the bitterness and then if we add some frozen mixed berries, it becomes quite sweet. Just experiment- you'll soon find your favorite! And it is soooo good for you! I'm finding that these veggie/fruit smoothies are "filling" me up like nothing I've ever tried before. (all that fiber!) Ripe (over-ripe) bananas also sweeten the veggies. Good luck! Let me know if you find any "magic" combinations.

I started juicing when diagnosed with colon cancer. It really helped me stay strong. I like celery, carrot and an orange or apple. Kiwi, cabbage, blueberries are great. I do not eat strawberries, but any other fruit is very good.
Try beets, spinach and banana. Also green beans and anything is good. Very earthy. Have fun and just experiment.

My Sis enjoys her "green" drinks, I've never made any, but just google "how to make green drinks" and it's amazing the assortment you get.
