Wow these look delicious and easy! EASY being the operative word here!

I made these & took them to a Christmas Eve potluck with family. They were a hit though I think they need to set up for a few minutes before taking them out of the cupcake form as they started to fall apart. I also froze 2 dozen of them for later... they were great reheated too! Thanks :)

Thanks for this recipe! This will also help with portion control.
Hmm, I wonder what else would be good using wonton wrappers? |
I made these this morning for an early lunch/brunch. They turned out delicious! Never used wontons before.
I did not use a muffin tin. I have pyrex bowls with the lids. Just took the lids off and sprayed the bowls with olive oil to keep from sticking. These are the 2 cup size bowls. I used canned turkey for the meat and low fat alfredo sauce and sliced olives. Layered like the instructions - wontons, sauce mixture, cheese X 2. Baked in the oven for 30 minutes (instead of 35 like the instructions) and let sit while I fixed some vegies to go with it. My DH loved it - individual lasagna's! I can see different possibilities with this recipe. No more boiling pasta! |
