1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour 1 cup chopped pecans 2/3 cup melted butter ( no substitutes) 2 eggs, beaten In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and pecans: set aside. Combine butter and eggs; mix well. Stir into flour mixture until moistened. fill greased and floured muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Remove immediately and cool Makes 2 1/2 dozen. terrific!! |
Are you sure the measurements are correct? How can 1/2 cup of flour make that many muffins?

These sound great. I think they would be wonderful done in mini muffin pans!!! Just bake them for less time!

How much time is "til done". How do I test "done"?

I am guessing these are made in mini muffin pans since the recipe makes 2 1/2 doz.
