Pink Cocktail Sauce Recipe

Does anyone have a recipe for the Pink Cocktail sauce that is served with shrimp? It is popular in Florida restaurants. I have done a pretty thorough search on the internet and have save quite a few, but would appreciate posts from anyone that has a zippy pink sauce recipe they use.

Here, typically, cocktail sauce is red. Not sure if this is the same thing you're talking about. We just mix ketchup and horseradish to taste.

I believe this may be what you are looking for. Mix mayonaise with ketchup. Add some worchestire sauce and a little garlic powder as well as a squeeze of lemon juice. Some people add a little yellow mustard and Zataran or Cajun seasoning.

I mix regular cocktail sauce and tartar sauce together makes a nice spicey sauce for either fish or shrimp.

When I worked in restaurants, that was the way it was commonly made.

I mix ketchup, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce. I don't have measurements, just the dump method - to taste. I like this a lot better than the bottle from the store.

I make mine just about the same as rocklady, but I do add lemon juice to taste...it just seems to bring out the flavor for us.
