Pizza Soup
Yield: 4 Servings

1 lb Ground beef
1 sm Onion; chopped
1 c Sliced mushrooms
1 Green pepper; cut in strips
1 qt Tomatoes; undrained, cut up
1 c Beef broth
1 c Sliced pepperoni
1 ts Basil
Shredded mozzarella

Brown meat and vegetables until tender. Stir in
remaining ingredients except cheese. Top each
serving with cheese and run under broiler to melt.
