I have that same recipe, but instead nof cornflakes, my recipe calls for frosted flakes. And that sweet/salty combination thing is awesome. Everyone who has tasted it, loves it.

Potatoes Supreme 6 med. potatoes 1/4 C. melted butter 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (undiluted) 1 C. sour cream 1/2 C. Shredded cheese 1/3 C. chopped onions 2 C. crushed corn flakes 2 T melted butter Grate potatoes and set aside. Mix butter, soup, sour cream, cheese and onions. Mix lightly with potatoes. Put into a greased 9" x 13" pan. Mix 2T melted butter with cornflakes. Sprinkle on potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. My daughter does this using Shredded Hash Browns. |
