I think just reading the name Paula Dean has the ability to raise cholesterol!

But that said I have cut some of the fat from our diet by using Eggbeaters in most recipes calling for eggs. Our local chain groceries have their lower cost equivalent to the name brand Eggbeaters.

If you really want to cook a good low fat diet recipe then you can find it over the internet. Just go over the internet,there are many websites that provide a lot of low fat diet recipes for the people who are health conscious and follows regular diet plans also.
