This sounds very delicious. I like to mix rhubarb with strawberries, but have not tried cherries!! I have a frozen pie crust and will make one of these!!

I like to mix rhubarb and raspberries. I've made a bumbleberry pie w/rhubarb, raspberries, blackberries, and apples. It's wonderful.

I love rhubarb and feel sorry for those who do not try it. I think the midwest is the rhubarb capitol of the country.
Rhubarb is almost as handy as zucchini, it has many uses. When I bake with it I often add a bit of almond flavoring or nutmeg. I have a zillion recipes using rhubarb. In fact my home town newspaper in North Dakota publishes a whole section each summer, just to find new and old rhubarb recipes. |
Oh No,...I think the rhubarb in my refrig is calling to me .... "make something yummy". Rhubarb is a little harder to come by here in AZ. But it grew wondefully in our backyard in Illinois...and came back up every year without fail :).

Thank you my rhubarb is still going strong despite the hot weather so I will try this one.

Try strawberry rhubarb -- or any rhubarb *sauce* in plain Greek yogurt. mmmmm

From another ND gal -- I sure do miss my Mama's rhubarb patch. Can't grow it in Georgia. Have to pay 4.99 for 3-4 stalks when people up north are throwing it away.

This sounds really good and easy to toboot! I will give it a try.
