2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. cucumber, seeded and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 to 3/4 c. Italian salad dressing
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients using 1/2 cup dressing; mix well. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors. Stir in additional 1/4 cup dressing before serving.
Makes 9 (2/3 cup) servings.
My granson is a rice fiend and puts italian seasoning on everything....... I'll try this for our next cookout :D
I made this last nite, I added a grated raw carrot and used chopped grape tomatoes.....most liked it edit june 9
