I made several of these yesterday whey you posted this recipe. They are wonderful and fun to make.

this is great, especially with the holidays coming up. Nice gifts. Also great for someone living alone. And they could be made as a main meal I am thinking like chicken pot pies small servings.

Of course these are baked without the lid on, right?
