Toblerone Fudge
Prep: 5 min Ready In: 3 hr 10 min Serves: 25 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter (not margarine) 3/4 cup evaporated milk (not 2% or fat free ) 1 bar (400 g) TOBLERONE Swiss Milk Chocolate, broken into pieces LINE 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, with ends of paper extending over sides of pan; set aside. Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large heavy saucepan. BRING to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat. ADD chocolate; stir until completely melted. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Remove fudge from pan, using parchment paper handles. Cut into 25 squares. Store in tightly covered container in the refrigerator. |
have never heard of this chocolate can you sub any other choc.

Walmart carries this chocolate, it comes in a yellow triangular shaped box.

Oh, my favorite chocolate! I lived on these during our trip to Europe. (I'm a pretty picky eater) :lol: I'll have to try this one!

I will have to try this for my Mom. She loves this brand of chocolate as it reminds her of her trip to Switerzland as a child.
