Aside from the Plastic Wrap in the microwave, this sounds delicious. As a nation we don't eat enough of good foods that don't come in packages.
I used to freeze stuff like this, and a Greek friend makes some mouth watering grape leaf stuffed rolls. I'll bet they would freeze nicely too. |

Thanks I'm waiting for decent sized heads to make and freeze 'Pigs in a Blanket' but at 97+temps wasn't looking forward to all that boiling water..The only things I use the micro-wave for is Corn on the cob and to reheat left-overs
