Aside from the Plastic Wrap in the microwave, this sounds delicious. As a nation we don't eat enough of good foods that don't come in packages.

I used to freeze stuff like this, and a Greek friend makes some mouth watering grape leaf stuffed rolls. I'll bet they would freeze nicely too.

I love cabbage rolls but never make them because of the hassle of getting the cabbage ready. This micro tip takes care of that. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thanks I'm waiting for decent sized heads to make and freeze 'Pigs in a Blanket' but at 97+temps wasn't looking forward to all that boiling water..The only things I use the micro-wave for is Corn on the cob and to reheat left-overs
