The Ugly Duckling Pudding Cake on this link is one of my family's favorites. I've made it many times since the recipe was printed in a Jello cake booklet about 30 years ago. I've passed it on to my sisters and a few friends, who like it, too.

I just know there has to be a way to enjoy the holidays without enjoying the 5 lb weight gain every year. I am not usually a sweet eater, but I have to try all the different cookies.

Hubby has cancer, and sugar is a no-no. Need to sweeten with either honey or molasses. Anybody got any good recipes I can use this way? Sure would help

There are Websites dedicated to recipes using honey as a sweetener. One is www.honey.com. I found 2 that I'm going to try. I have some honey I need to use up. Also, type in "honey recipes" on a Google search. I have a few good recipes using molasses, but they also call for sugar to go with it so that wouldn't work for you.
