Pumpkin Dessert Minus the Pumpkin!!

My last recipe for the day, believe it or not!! I just had to share this one with you!! I've made it lots of times. It tastes like pumpkin but has no pumpkin in it!! I could just dive into anything with cool whip in so it's a favorite dish both at work and home.
CRUST - Mix together and press into a 9x13 pan:
- 1-1/2 pkg. graham crackers (crushed)
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/3 cup sugar (or more or less)
FILLING - Mix together and pour over crust:
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2-1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
Top with container of cool whip. Garnish with nuts or crushed graham crackers. Refrigerate for several hours before serving and ENJOY!!!! :D :D
