After reading another post about purple hull peas, I thought I would post this recipe for the jelly using the hulls. I do not usually follow a recipe per se, so this is close to what I do.http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1823,155168-244201,00.html It taste like a mild grape jelly. You can also use other types of peas. :thumbup:
