They have lots of quick and easy recipes, but this is a fav around here.
Wild West Wagon Train Supper
Cook 8 oz wagon wheel or other sturdy type of pasta, I use rotini and I use about 3/4 lb.
Brown 1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Drain and add
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup mild salsa
1 tsp chili powder, or to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Simmer about 3 minutes, add the cooked noodles and enjoy!
